The latest addition to my family are Thelma and Louise the chickens... did you know that chickens lay eggs because of a chemical reaction with the sun: causing a release of an enzyme from their penail gland forming them to make an egg every 24 hours? Yep that's right no rooster only 15 hours a day of our dear friend SUN... Oh and did I mention that Louise lays green eggs... a photo of that coming soon!
